Most orders are dispatched from NCR the same or next day. Depending on your location within India, you can expect to receive your Wildling set within 4-7 days.

We are sure you'll love Wildling! If for some reason you are unhappy with your Wildling product after receiving it, but the item is not defective in any way, you may return your product for a fee. We do this to discourage "return" mentality, which is a leading cause of manufacturing waste and carbon impact. It usually costs more to re-sell a returned product, so most companies with "free returns" simply throw away a perfectly good product that you just didn't like. By instating a return fee, we would like to encourage more conscious buying.

If your product arrived damaged or defective, please let us know and we would be happy to replace it, free of cost. Damages are defined as:

• Broken candle jar
• Broken cork box such that it cannot be reused as a storage container

Outside of these, there may be some natural variations in your cork box since cork is a natural material. The prints on your cork box are made by water-free hand-printing techniques, so there may be slight variations there as well - all of this should enhance the beauty of your product, not detract from it!

Each Wildling cork box has 4 faces. 2 of those faces feature a wild leaf print, 1 face features rugged mountain line art and the last face features an open country road leading to wherever you imagine it to lead!

If only we could count the ways! Your Wildling cork box can last upto 5 years. You can reuse it in the garden, bedroom or even in the kitchen for storage of kitchenware. Cork can take some moisture and dry out quickly but repeated exposure to water may affect the longevity of your box. Your candle jar is made from high-quality glassware. It's important to thoroughly clean your candle jar before reusing it. If you do use heat to thoroughly sterilize your glass, your candle jar can be reused as drinkware - but we suggest proceeding per your own comfort level. There are innumerable uses for glass containers from planters to stationery storage too!

A recommended technique we follow is to put your used candle jar in the freezer overnight which will help any remaining wax bits to fall out. You can also put the jar in the microwave for about 30 seconds to soften any loose bits of wax and wipe with a paper towel. Finally, use warm water and dish soap to clean your jar (make sure to use a sink catcher to prevent drain clogging) - and voila! Your jar is ready to be given a new life. If you do plan to reuse your glass as drinkware, do not reuse its cork lid for this purpose. Instead you can use that as a coaster or while gardening to help your plants stay moist.

We're glad you asked! Candle safety is of utmost importance. Please read the instructions on the label under your candle before proceeding. They are:
1. Always trim your wick to 1/4th of an inch prior to burning.
2. Burn your candle in a closed but well-ventilated room.
3. Never burn your candle for more than 3-4 hours. A burn of this length of a Wildling candle is sufficient to gently throw the scent for upto 24 hours further.

We spent months researching and experimenting with various grades of soy to bring you the unadulterated wax in front of you. Most long-burning soy candles on the market are adulterated with beeswax (NOT vegan), or paraffin (TOXIC!) to prolong their burn time. Our creamy, soft soy wax has been specially formulated to last 40+ hours without harming the environment. If you take good care of your candle by trimming and maintaining <4 hours burn time per use, our 220g candles can last a whopping 45 hours.
